Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring my dog's food?

Yes, we ask that you provide your dog’s regular food for the duration of their stay. Keeping your dog on their usual diet helps prevent upset stomach and makes the transition smoother. Please portion meals in labeled containers or bags if possible.

What vaccinations does my dog need before boarding?

To keep all our furry guests safe and healthy, we require that all dogs must be fully vaccinated before their stay. Please ensure your dog is up to date for Parvovirus, Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough (must be given 2 weeks before boarding).

Valid vaccination record must be shown on arrival!

Does my dog need to be wormed before boarding?

Yes to protect the health of all dogs in our care we  require all guest to be regulary wormed. Adult dogs should be wormed at least every 3 months. We require that your dog has been treated within the last 3 months before their stay.

If it has been longer  please ensure they are treated at least 7 days before arrival to allow the medication to take effect.

 

Do you offer grooming services?

We offer basic grooming add-ons such as baths and brush-outs before pickup. While we don’t offer full grooming services on-site, we can recommend trusted local groomer in the area.

Can I bring my dog's own bedding and toys?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog's own bed and toys to make their stay more comfortable.
